Retention period, data deletion, access to data
As soon as your service with us ends, we will retain some of your information, but no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law. We remove data that is no longer required. You can have your data deleted at any time if you wish, by telephone (0049 29 859 699), e-mail (info@heilbron.eu) or by post (Mariënweg 2, 59955 Grönebach). You have the right to inspect the data we hold about you after you have terminated the service with us. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask that you enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In doing so, we advise you to black out your passport photo and citizen service number (BSN) on the copy. This is to protect your privacy. Heilbron will respond to your request as soon as possible, and at the latest within four weeks.
Provision to third parties
Heilbron only provides data to third parties and only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. De Heilbron remains responsible for these processing operations.

Camera surveillance
For your and our safety and for the protection of our property, we use a camera surveillance system in Heilbron in only public areas/outdoor areas of the accommodation. The camera images are kept for a maximum of three months and are only viewed in case of incidents.

If we are unable to resolve the matter with you, we will of course find this very annoying.
