Retention period, data deletion, access to data

As soon as your service with us ends, we will retain some of your information, but no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law. Camera surveillance

For your and our safety and for the protection of our property, we use a camera surveillance system in Heilbron in only public areas/outdoor areas of the accommodation. The camera images are kept for a maximum of three months and are only viewed in case of incidents.
